| 用Vero E-6细胞接种有肾综合征出血热(HF RS)病人的早期血清或全血标本23份,从中分离出21株与HFRS相关的病原体。用感染细胞制成的滴片标本经免疫荧光染色检查,在21株分离阳性的材料中发现颗粒状(15株)及片状(6株)两种形态的特异性荧光。从这些分离出的病毒株中按形态等不同条件选择两株作系统鉴定,排除了呼肠、疱疹、新疆出血热、森林脑炎等病毒,结果证明这两种形态的荧光都是分离出的HFRS病毒所引起。 |

| HFRS virus was isolated by direct inoculation of Vero E-6 cells with acute stage serum and/or whole blood (only in a few cases) taken from patients with HFRS. Twenty-one strains of this virus were obtained from 23 HFRS patients' specimens. The viruses were detected by immunofluorescent technique on spot slide antigen made from the isolated virus. The results showed that 15 strains were of fine particle-like fluorescence, while the other 6 strains were of multiform patchy fluorescence. These two types of fluorescent morphology were found to be specific for HFRS virus. Other viruses such as Reo I, II, HSV I, TBE and Xin-Jiang HF viruses had been excluded. |
