1981年11月在吉林省延吉县太阳公社的田野里扑获褐家鼠227只,小家鼠98只,黑线姬鼠149只,巢鼠25只,东方田鼠1只和普通鼯鼱1只。在这516只兽肺冰冻切片中,用IFAT发现5只黑线姬鼠(东北亚种)自然携带HFRS病毒抗原。在太阳公社本病病后11年的患者血清中仍然存在较高滴度(>1:320)HFRS抗体。太阳公社健康人群171份血清中查出两人存在HFRS抗体。

英文摘要:

In Nov. 1981, 227 heads of Rattus norvegicus, 98 of Mus musculus 149 of Apodemus agrarius, 25 of Micromys minutus and one of Microtus fortis were captured in Taiyang Commune, Yianji County, Jilin Province. Their lung samples were made frozen-thin sections and tested with IFAT.The results showed that five of A. agrarius mantohuticus carried HFRS-antigen.Furthermore, 172 samples of sera from the same commune were tested for HFRS-antibody Antibody w ith titre higher than 1:320 was found in one person who had suffered from HFRS 11 years before. The results of 171 samples of sera from healthy persons were in the great majority i.e. 169/171 negative.
