| 本文对城乡疾病监测点1980年调査核实的死因资料进行了综合分析,描述了城乡居民死亡图象。结果表明,市区居民粗死亡率为6.65‰,农村为4.66‰。年龄别死亡曲线城乡近同,均呈“V”型。市区婴儿调整死亡率为11.4‰。市区、农村PMI分别为86.40%和88.04%,)长寿者率为63.76%和69.30%,反映了居民死亡年龄的后移趋势。死因顺位显示,循环系统疾病死亡居首位,以脑血管疾病死亡率最高,城乡各为193.75/10万和127.06/10万。恶性肿瘤居第二位,其中市区以肺癌死亡多见,农村食管癌死亡较多,粗死亡率分别为37.99/10万和19.55/10万。以核实后的市区居民死亡率编制简略寿命表,男性可享寿命71.70岁,女性为73.61岁. |

| This article analysed the causes of death in diseases surveillance areas and described the death appearance. The result showed that crude death rate in urban and rural areas were 6.65‰ and 4.66‰ respectively. The death curves appeared V-form. In agc-specific curve the adjusted mortality of infants was 11.14‰ in city.part mortality index (PMI) in urban and rural areas were 86.40% and 88.04%. The longevity rate were 63.76% and 69.03% respectively. The indexes indicated a tendency of death at an older age. The sequence of causes of death showed that the first was the diseases of circulatory systemtof which mortality rate was 193.75/105 and 127.06/105 respectively in city and countries.The highest rate was cere-brovascular disease and the secondary was cancer. The lung cancer in city and esophagus cancer in country appeared more than other cancer diseases. The crude death rate were 37.99/105 and 19.55/105 respectively.A brief lifetime table was compiled with verified mortality of the residents in the city, which indicated the expectation of life for male's and female's up to 71.70 and 73.61 respectively. |
