| 1959年和1981年冬季两次调查,均发现龙海县程溪公社有冬季恙虫病流行。此种恙虫病与夏秋季流行的恙虫病不同:临床症状不典型,很少见到虫咬溃疡和发疹,病原体毒力也较弱,更显著的是传播媒介的差异。流厅区冬季无地里纤恙螨,主要是小板纤恙螨,并从后者分离到恙虫病立克次体,可以认为是该地冬季恙虫病的传播媒介。 |

| Scrub typhus in winter had been discovered in Chengshi Commune of Longhai County, Fujian Province. it was found to be different from scrub typhus in summer and autumn.The clinical manif-estations were not typical. Eschar and rash were seldom seen.The rickettsial strains isolated were of low virulence. The vectors were quite different.In the winter of 1959-1960 and 1981~1982, there were many mi es of Leptotrombisula scutellare in the epidemic regions where Leptotrombicula deliens was not found. The former Rickettsia tsutsugamushiwas isolated. The results indicated that L. scutellare were obviously important as vector of winter type of scrub typhus. |
