| 本法系根据免疫学原理改良应用的一种微量简便肥达氏反应法,适用于伤寒、副伤寒病的实验诊断与流行病学调查。本法以微量“U”型反应板、替代原肥达氏反应法试验所用试管(简称原法),稀释棒替代原法血清稀释用刻度吸管,节省试验器材和操作时间。标本以毛细血管血替代静脉血,用血量少,采样方便。诊断菌液经美蓝染色。试验结果容易判断。且试验用量较原法为省。本法经42份病人标本、21份健康人标本与原法对照试验,结果基本一致,试验器材用后便于消毒洗刷,可谓一种微量简便的肥达氏反应法。 |

| A simple micromethod of Widal's reaction was developed and then testified for its reliability in laboratory and epidemiolo ical identification of typhoid and paratyphoid fevers. Instead of tubes in a classical test, V-formed plate was used in this micromethod. Besides, diluting spirals was substituted for pipettes.So the micromethod was time & appliance-saving.The blood samples was collected from capillaries instead of from vein and accordingly easy to get.Methylene-blue stained antigen suspension was used in micromethod, which rendered evaluation easy and proved undoubtedly antigen-saving,42 sera samples from patients and 21 from healthy individuals were examined with micromethod.The results were comparable with those with classical method. The used appliance of micrometliod was found to be easily disinfected and cleansed.So the author recommended the micromethod as a useful substitute for the classical Widal's test. |
