| 本文报告了南宁市1982年1~3月间发生575例红斑性肢痛症，发病率为90.6/10万，无死亡，流行高峰期在当年低温阴雨后最冷的月份，患者多集中于市区大中专学校15~19岁的学生。女性发病多，占85%（425/500）。男女之比为1：5.6。临床症状表现为双足疼痛，伴以局部红、肿、热、晚间疼痛加剧。实验室检查发现患者血小板普遍偏低，嗜酸性粒细胞偏高。患者起病急，病程最短1天，最长20天、平均7.7天。从这次流行过程看，寒冷、阴雨，气温突变，寒潮袭击，可能是导致此病流行的主要自然因素。 |

| 575 cases of erythromelalgia occurred from January till March, 1982 in Nanning City, Gwangxi. Morbidity rate was 90.6/per 100,000 persons with no death case. Epidemic peak period fell in the coolest months after low temperature with overcasting rainfall in the year. Most patients were students, aged 15 to 19, clustered at universities, middle schools and vocational schools in urban area. Most cases were female (85%; 425/500).The ratio between male and female was 1:5.6. Clinical manifestations included feet-pain with red, swollen and fever in location, aggravating the pain at night. Laboratory findings were thrombocytopenia and eosinophilla from most patients. The course of disease, characterized by sudden onset varies from as short as one day to even 20 days, with an average of 7.7days.Cold,overcasting rainfalls and suddenly cooled down weather might accunted for the major physical factors to this outbreak. |
