为了解人民币污染状况，在北京、上海等六个城市采集样品777件，在人民币样品上检出HBsAg、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、蜡样芽胞杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌，阳性率分别为0.75%、3.82%、21.33%、0.40%、12.07%、2.41%和0.40%。
用不同功率微波进行了人民币消毒试验，功率1，500瓦，处理面额1元的人民币1000张，作用2分钟，可全部破坏HBsAg的抗原性，对沙门氏菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色葡萄球菌的杀灭率为100%，对蜡样杆菌芽胞的杀灭率为99.99%。 |

Seven hundred and seventy seven samples of Chinese currency collected from Beijing、Shanghai、Chongging、Guangzhou、 Nanjing and Dalian were examined for contamination and it was found that 0.75% were positive for HBsAg, 3.82% for Salmonella、21.33% E.coli 0.40% for P.aeruginosa、12.07% Proteus、 2.41% B.cereus and 0.4% for S.aureus.
Sterilization experiments were carried out on Chinese paper currency with microwave of different powers.It was found that a power of 1500 watts was able to sterilize 1000 pieces of one dollar notes in 2 minutes.Then the antigenicity of HBsAg was destroyed completely and so were Salmonella、Shigella、E.coli、P.aeruginosa、 Proteus、S.aureus and S.albus.A power of 1500 watts was 99.99% effective in killing B.cereus. |
