| 56例婴儿胎传风疹抗体的半衰期为15~67天,生后76~99天已有62.5%抗体阴转,至162~191日龄时全部阴转。数百名产妇或其他育龄妇女麻疹、风疹HI抗体检测结果,抗体阴性率麻疹1.61~2.42%,风疹0~7.88%,麻疹、风疹的GMT分别为8.52~8.95、19.33~42.89。最后对杭州地区风疹、麻疹的免疫方案进行了讨论。 |

| In 56 neonates & infants, the halt liffe of rubella antibodies was between 15 and 67 days. 62.5% of their antibodies declined to negative during the 76th-99th days after birth. No antibodies were detected from all samples of sera during the 162th-191th days after birth.Measles and rubella hemagglutination in hibition test was carried out in some hundreds of lying-in women and women of child-bearing age.The antibody-negative rate was 1.61-2.42% in measles and 0-7.88% in rubella, and measles and rubella geometric mean antibody titre was 8.52-8.95 and 19.33-42.89 respectively. Besides, immunization programme for measles and rubella in the Hangzhou district were discussed. |
