为了阐明HFRS主要贮存宿主黑线姬鼠在越冬前后的鼠龄结构和带毒的动态。我们于1982年11月至1983年5月在安徽省颖上县陈桥区开展鼠类调查,结果如下:
一、从观察点捕获鼠6种1,299只,其中黑线姬鼠占41%,大仓鼠33%,褐家鼠11%;HFRS的带毒率褐家鼠为8.3%,黑线姬鼠5.4%。在大仓鼠及小家鼠中也检出HFRS的带毒鼠。
二、越冬后的黑线姬鼠、褐家鼠、大仓鼠、小家鼠的鼠龄有老化现象。黑线姬鼠带毒率随鼠龄增加而升高,从而提示早春灭鼠是降低出血热发病的适宜时间。 |

In order to elucidate the age distribution of the rodents Reservoir, Apodemus agrarius etc before & after Herbination in winter and the dynamics of HFRS virus-harbouring rate in the HFRS endemic area, a survey on rodents in Chen-qiao district,Ying-shang County, Anhui province was carried out. The following results were obtained.
1. A total of 1,299 rats belonging to 6 species were captured. Among them 41% were Ap. agrarius, 33% Cricetulus triton and 11% Rattus norvegicus. The HFRS virus-harbouring rate in R. norvegicus was 8.3% and Ap. agrarius 5.4%.Virus carriers were also detected in C. triton and M. musculus.
2. An ageing phenomenam was observed in Ap. agrarius, R. norvegicus, C. triton and M. musculus after living through the winter. Owing to HFRS virus harbouring-rate in Ap. agrarius increased with age, it was suggested that deratization should be carried cut in early spring. |
