| 本文报道广西首次发生10例肾综合症出血热病人,其中9例除经流行病学调查,临床检验外,尚在实验室作了间接荧光抗体检查,证实为肾综合征出血热。从疫区捕鼠8种846只,检出13只褐家鼠鼠肺携带病毒抗原。从3只病毒抗原阳性属肺,接种Vero E-6细胞,分离出2株肾综合征出血热病毒. |

| A report of the occurrance of 10 cases of HFRS in three counties of Guang Xi Zhuang Tribe Autonomous Region for the first time. Among these cases, 9 were proven by IFAT test, clinical examinations & epidemiologic survey and one was diagnosed by clinic & epidemielogic studies. Among 846 rodents (belonging to 8 species) captured in the endemic areas, HF viral antigens were identified in 13 of the lung tissues of Rattus norvegicus.From 3 HF viralantigen Positive lungs, isolation of the viral agent in vero E-6 cells was successful in 2 specimens with the results oi recovery of 2 strains of HFRS-Virus. |
