| 1982年对787例乳腺良性肿瘤患者做了病例对照配对调查,以研究其发病因素,对照组为同数的健康人。硏究的因素有婚姻和生育因索,社会生活和遗传因索。分析计算各因素的相对危险性及其95%可信限和χ2。并进行多因素回归分析。结果表明:①与本病发病有关因素相对危险性为:21岁以上未婚为2.96,有X线照射史为1.44,精神创伤为3.92,降压药为1.78,乳房受伤为3.66,癌家族史为1.76,差异均显著。②文化程度和生育胎次与本病发病有关,文化程度高及生育胎次多者,相对危险性大。③乳腺纤维瘤发病年龄以20~29岁最多,占全部病例的50%以上,它为妇女的一种常见病,可恶变成癌,应加强预防及早期诊治。 |

A case-control study of risk factors for 787 matched pairs of benign breast tumor was carried out in 1982. The examining factors were marrital and reproductive status and social life and genetic factors.
Calculation of RR of various factors & their 95% confidence limits and χ2. Regression analysis was done with six factors.
The results show that 1. The significant RR of benign breast tumor are:unmarried at and over 21 years of age is 2.96, history of X irradiation 1.44, psychic trauma 3.92, use of anti-hypertensive drug 1.78, trauma of breast 3.66, family cancer history 1.76. 2. The greater the number of parturition, the greater is the RR, the higher the culture level, the greater is the RR. 3. The range of age incidence of breast adenofibroma is 19-50 years and 50% of the cases occuring at 20-29 years of age. Adenofibroma of the breast is a common disease of women and it could mutate in to cancer. It should be prevented and early diagnosis and treatment are important. |
