| 从长安县疫区捕获的984只黑线姬鼠中,IFAT检查为阳性鼠有106只,阳性率10.77%,其它鼠种均为阴性,提示长安县HFRS病毒贮存宿主为黑线姬鼠。黑线姬鼠带毒率高峰在8月份,离HFRS发病高峰11月相距三个月之久,其关系有待进一步研究。对11只IFAT检测为阳性鼠的多种脏器检查,肝、肾、肾上腺。涎腺及淋巴结亦不同程度的存在病毒抗原。用阳性鼠肺制成的抗原片检查HFRS病人及非疫区正常人血清,证实本次检测的阳性鼠肺具有HFRS病毒抗原的特异性。 |

Among 984 Apodemus agrarius caught from HFRS endemic areas in Changan county, there were 106 found to be positive for HFRS antigen (10.77%) by IFAT, whereas other kinds of rodents were negative.The preliminary results indicated that the host of HFRS virus in Changan county is Apodemus agrarius.
The peak HFRS incidence in man in Changan county was November. However the peak of HFRS positive rate in Apode mus agrarius was in August. The interval between these two peaks was longer than the maximum incubation period of HFRS.The relationship between carrier of HFRS virus in Apodemus agrarius and human HFRS incidence should be studied in the future.
Frome examination of some internals organs of HFRS positive Apodemus agrarius by means of IFAT, it was found that liver, kidney, adrenal, salivary gland and lymphatic gland were also positive for HFRS antigen.
By means of IFAT, serum samples of HFRS patients in Changan and healthy adults in nonepidemic areas were tested.The result of the serological test proved that the antigen in the lungs of Apodemus agrarius was specific for HFRS virus. |
