本文报告采用间接血球凝集试验,对江苏省铜山县人、畜弓形体近期感染情况的初步调查结果。调查900人,平均感染率为3.33%。其中,正常人599人,感染率为3.17%,各种常见疾病患省301人,感染率为3.65%。检查各种病家畜111头,平均感染率为9.01%。其中,猪感染率为10.00%(2/20),牛为9.09%(3/33),马为8.57%(3/35),骡为12.50%(1/8),羊为33.33%(1/3),驴和兔均为0%(0/6)。
本文报告1例急性弓形体性肾炎患者。 |

This paper reports the results of preliminary investigations on toxoplasma infection in human beings and domestic animals by indirect hemagglutination (HA) test in Tongshan County Jiangsu Province.The results indicated that the average infection rate of the 900 persons investigatied was 3.33%, Among them, the infection rate of 599 normal persons was 3.17%, and that of 301 patients with other diseases was 3.65%. The average infection rate of 111 sick domestic animals was 9.01%.Among them, the infection rates of 20 pigs, 33 cattles, 35 horses, 8 mules, 3 sheep, 6 donkeys and 6 rabbits were 10.00%, 9.09%, 8.57%, 12.50%, 33.33%, 0% and 0% respectively.
This paper also reports the clinical picture of acute nephritis of toxoplasma. |
