| 本文利用疾病监测点掌握的1979~1983年死因资料,对恶性肿瘤、心血管病死亡状况进行了统计分析。五个疾病监测点五年因恶性肿瘤死亡1,117人,年粗死亡率115.66/10万,标化死亡率115.37/10万。不同性别、年龄癌亡谱显示,肺癌和消化道癌是影响市区居民寿命的主要恶性肿瘤。五年内3,317人死于心血管病,其中脑血管病和冠心病标化死亡率分别为169.61/10万和65.13/10万,主要死亡指标男性高于女性。寿命损失量统计表明,因恶性肿瘤过早死亡损失的寿命最多,每10万人口每年1,512人年,脑血管病次之,为1,310人年。男、女全死因平均可享寿命为70.88岁和72.36岁。去脑血管病死亡后增加的寿命最多,男性可达73.33岁,女性74.75岁。 |

This article analysed the situation of death caused by cancer and some cardiovascular diseases on the basis of the data obtained from five disease surveillance areas between 1979~1983.
In the five areas, 1117 cases died of cancer.The crude and the adjusted mortality in each year were 115.66/105 and 115.37/105 respectively.The cancer death spectrum on the sex and age showed that the lung and digestive tract cancer were maia maligha nt tumor affecting the life of resident in urban area. 3317 cases died of cardiovascular disease,the adjusted mortality of cerebrovascular coronary heart diseases were 169.61/105 and 65.13/105 respectively and the male's major indexes of death were higher than female's.
The study on life lost indicated that cancer was the most important factor causing early death estimaed as 1512 personyears per 100000 persons. The cerebrovascular disease lost 1310 person-years per 100000 persons.The average expectation of life for male's and female's were 70.88 and 72.36 respectively.The male's and female's life expectation could rise up to 73.33 and 74.75 respectively, if the death of cerebrovascular disease was excluded. |
