| 我们所进行的日本血吸虫病与大肠癌关系的病例-对照研究,大肠癌和一组对照均为昆山县1981~1983年间具有I级和II级诊断依据的恶性肿瘤死亡病例,另一组对照为健康人。结果就性别、年龄、吸烟习惯、大肠癌家族史等,用Logistic回归模型加以调整,发现日本血吸虫病与大肠癌明显相关,日本血吸虫病的累积暴露(确诊血吸虫病年限)与相对危险呈剂量反应关系。 |

| A case-control study in the relationship between schistosomiasis japonicum nd incidence of colon cancer was conducted. The cases consisted of 197with colon cancer death case diaghosed by I and II during extreme 1981-Apr. 1983. The controlt consisted of 205 with lung cancer death case diagnosed by I and II in extreme 1981-Apr. 1983 200 people as controls as well. Resultsof age sex, smoking habit and f mily history of colon cancer were djusted by using Logistic Regression Model. There is significant difference between schistosomiasis japonicum and colon cancer. A significant doseresponse relationship between schistosomiasis japonicum of accumulate expose and relative risk. |
