| 建瓯县鼠间广泛流行假结核耶氏菌病,并首次证实人、猪及臭鼩亦有自然感染假结核耶氏菌。而且臭鼩的阳检率比鼠类高,表明了除鼠类外,猪和臭鼩亦为本病的宿主动物。建瓯假结核血清分型不仅有I、II、IV型,还有V型的分布。建瓯假结核疫源地迄今仍然存在,而且分布相当广泛,在全县许多地区家野鼠类均检出阳性,应引起医疗、防疫及兽医部门的注意。 |

| Pseudotuberculosis widely spread in rats in Jianou County, and the natural infection of the disease was the first demonotrated in China in health human being, pig and Sucus murins. These results showed that the pigs and S. murinus are animal reservoir hosts besides the rats. Positive hemagglutination antibody rate for the disease in S. murinus is higher than other animals. There are four sero-types of the disease in the county, namely I, II, IV and V. The natural foci of the disease in the county are still existence and their distribution is very wide. This antibody may be detected in animals in many parts of the county. |
