| 本文用ELISA法追踪观察了绵阳市区三个不同年龄构成单位(托儿所、小学和中专)中146名外表正常学生的轮状病毒携带情况。结果显示1984年的平均携带率高达49.0%(103/210);其中5月份为44.5%(65/146)略低于11月份的59.4%(38/64);女性略高于男性,分别为57.8%(63/109)和39.6%(40/101):三个年龄组间差异不大:3~6岁组50.0%(26/52),7~11岁组为41.3%(26/63),17~21岁组为53.7%(51/95)。半年前后比较,轮状病毒携带者仍有65.5%的人(19/29)持续阳性,原来阴性者中又有18人(占51.4%,18/35)成为新的轮状病毒携带者。 |

| This paper reports a follow-up study on carrier state of human rotavirus in 146 "normal" individuals of Mian-yang county by ELISA. The results showed that the mean carrier-rate was found to be 49.0%. In November, 59.4% (38/64) which appeared higher than that in May, 44.5% (65/146); Among females, 57.8% (63/109), the incidence of carrier was higher than that of males 39.6% (40/101); The carrier rates between three age-groups were similar, i.e. age group 3-6 years being 50.0% (26/52), 7-11 years: 41.3% (26/63), 17-21 years: 53.7% (51/95). During a period of observation of 6 months, not only there were still high carrier rate 65.5% (19/29) of primary human rotavirus but also some new carriers were found: 51.4% (18/35). |
