| 本文报道于1980年3月1日~6月30日对虹口区751,563人群中震颤麻痹的现况调查。本调查共发现137例震颤麻痹,其患病率为18.23/10万,但按中国人口标化,标化率为8.62/10万。有关按年龄组分布的患病率,我们发现40岁以下未见一例,于40~49岁年龄组中仅1例,患病率为1.06/10万50~59岁年龄组有26例,其患病率为25.05/10万;60~69岁年龄组有54例,患病率为82.77/10万;70~79岁年龄组有47例,患病率为171.75/10万;80岁年龄组有9例,其患病率为145.91/10万。调查中我们亦发现男性的发病年龄为60.08岁,女性为56.18岁,男女的发病年龄经统计学处理,无明显区别。 |

| This paper reported the survey of the prevalence of Parkinson's disease among 751,563 people in Hongkou District from March 1st to June 30th, 1980. 137 Cases With Parkinson's disease were identified in the study, the prevalence was about 18.23 per 100,000 people, but the adjusted rate was 8.62 per 100,000 people taking China's population as the standard. As to the incidence rate by the distribution of age groups, there was no case under 40 years old and one case in 40-49 age group, the prevalence was 1.06/ 100000; 26 cases in 50-59 age group, the prevalence 25.05/100000; 54 cases in 60-69 age group, the Prevalence 82.77/100000; 47 cases in 70-79 age group, prevalence 171.75/100000, and 9 cases in over 80 years of age, the prevalence 145.91. The average age of onset was 60.08 years of age in male, 56.18 in female. It was showed that there was no significant difference in the age distribution between men and women (P<0.05). |
