| A compound catalytic model with both reversible and two stage types was studied. Using this model, the age-specific infection rate of hookworm at Changshou county was analyzed. The fitness of this model was checked by using χ2 test. It revealed that the data were fitted reasonably with the present model. The results indicated that this new model could be used as a valuable method in epidemiological study. |
