| 本文报道了检查云南省洱源县鸟吊山8目11科24属26种319份鸟血清对12种虫媒病毒抗原的血凝抑制抗体,发现鸟类既存在乙组虫媒病毒抗体,又存在甲组虫媒病毒抗体。其中9种鸟检出甲组虫媒病毒抗体,阳性率14.4%(46/319);15种鸟检出乙组虫媒病毒抗体,阳性率53.9%(172/319)。被检鸟中携带虫媒病毒抗体最多的是火鸠,抗体达12种之多,其血凝抑制滴度都大于1:80,最高达1:5120。乙组虫媒病毒中的圣路易脑炎抗体的检出,为我国首次报道,血凝抑制滴度高达1:5120。推测我省不仅有乙脑、登革热虫媒病毒存在,还可能有甲组虫媒病毒及其它乙组虫媒病毒存在的可能。由于鸟类生态和分布的关系,导致我省以外的其它地区亦可能存在有多种虫媒病毒。 |

| 319 sera samples of 26 species of birds collected from Niao-Diao-Mountain Area of Eryan county of Yunnan Province were detected by using hemagglution inhibiition test against 12 different antigens of arboviruses including group A (Alphavirus): SF, SIN, CHIK, GETAH and group B (Flavivirus): JE, SLE, ILHEUS, MVE, KFD, WN, DEN-3, LGT. It wao found that there, were an tibodies not only against group B but also against group A ofarboviruses in the sera of birds. The sera of Oenopoopelia tranquebarica had 12 kinds of antibodies of arboviruses with the HI titer ranged from 1/80 to 1/5120. The antibody of ST. Louis encephalitis in birds was the first report in China. Therefore, the results showed that there were Probably group A and group B arboviruses in addition to JE and DEN in Yunnan Province. |
