| 本文对以往历次流行病学研究中所筛选出来的,与胃癌显著相关的高危险因素(RR﹥2.00)进行了深入的研究。着重分析了社会心理因素与肿瘤的关系。结果表明,饮食因素是胃癌的特异性高危险因素,社会心理因素可能是一重要的促癌因素(Promoter)。本次研究认为用“问卷式”的调查表代替“填表式”调查表是可行的,且具有很多优点。 |

The authors deeply studied the high risk factors (RR>2.00) which were screened in the epidemiological studies previously of stomach cancer. The study focused on the relationship between psychosocial factors and cancer and made an attempt to establish a new method for epidemiological survey.
The results indicated that the dietary factors still were specifical risk factors of stomach can cer, but psychosocial factors might be a important promoter. The investigation and guestionnaire model were made a great change in this study. The new "question and answer model" questionnaire had many advantages if compared with the old "fill a form model" questionnaire. |
