| The standardized incidence rate of NPC was 14.44/105 (male 20.31/105. female 8.95/105) and the standardized mortality rate was 10.91/105 (male 16.00/105, female 6.14/105) in Zhongshan city during 1970~1984. The fluctuation of incidence and mortality rates were 13.66~18.07/105 and 9.02~13.95/105 respectively. It was worthy to be mentioned that both the incidence and mortality rate of NPC were relatively stable in 1970~1984. |
