| 本文报告4例高龄军团菌病。4例均病情危重,除均有肺炎及少量胸水外,其中1例伴有腹泻,1例发生急性肾功能衰竭,1例伴关节炎。4例患者均用红霉素,其中3例加服利福定取得肯定疗效。其中3例由嗜肺军团菌血清1型感染。4例发病均在7~10月间。作者认为在呼吸系统感染的老年患者中,应警惕军团菌病的可能。疑为军团菌感染时,要及早采用红霉素及利福定治疗。 |

| Four elderly cases with Legionellosis were reported. All of them had pneumonifis and small amount of chest fluid. Erythromycin and rifadin were effective in all 4 patients. Three patients were Positive for Legionella pneumophila serogroup 1. The disease Occurred in July or October. Diagnosis and therapy should be made as early as possible for those patients suspected of Legionellosis. |
