| 北京丰台区1978~1991年共检出志贺氏菌386株,均经生化、血清学鉴定,对其中108株作了药敏试验。菌型分布于4个群、20个血清型(亚型),其中福氏志贺氏菌始终占优势(72.80%),以F2a、F3a为主,宋内氏志贺氏菌为第二位(17.10%),B:D比值为4.3。此外,对菌型变迁的因素进行了初步探讨,为志贺氏菌病的防治提供了参考依据。 |

| A total of 386 strains of Shigella were collected and identified by biochemistry and serotying from 1978 to 1991. Results showed that the strains were distributed in 4 groups which included 20 serotyps. S.flexner was preddominant, mainly 2a and 3a serotypes, an S.sonnei the next. The ratio of B group to D group was 4.3. |
