| 用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测19份急性弛缓性麻痹患者(AFP)的粪便中脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒,其中11份阳性,与中和试验鉴定及单克隆抗体鉴定结果符合率为90.90%~100%。该法不仅简便、敏感、特异分型,而且可作型内鉴别,为环境样品中脊灰病毒污染提供了检测手段。 |

| Poliovirus-RNA was detected in 11 clinical fecal specimens with AFP out of 19 samples. These comparative results between NT and Mcah identifications showed a coincidence rate of 90.90%-100%. Our experiment suggested that PCR a simple,sensitive,identification type and could be used for intratypic differentiation of poliovirus strains. It can also be applied for the detection of poliovirus contamination in the environment. |
