| 目的了解辽宁省人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immuno deficiency virus-1，HIV-1)各亚型的流行情况。方法 采集1997 年6 月至2000 年12 月间辽宁省检出的16 例HIV-1 感染者的全血标本，提取核酸后用巢式-聚合酶链反应(nested-PCR)技术扩增HIV-1 env 基因区， 用异源双链泳动分析法(he teroduplex mobility assay, HMA)进行HIV-1 亚型的分析。结果 辽宁省目前已有HIV-1A 、B' 、C 和E 亚型流行。经性途径感染占全部HIV 感染的31.25 %， 分别为泰国B(B' )亚型和A 亚型，以B'为主;经注射吸毒感染占全部HIV 感染31.25 %，分别为C 亚型和E 亚型， 以C 亚型为主， 其中1 名吸
毒者为B 或E 亚型：经输供血途径感染占全部HIV 感染的31.25 %，主要为泰国B' 亚型， 也可见C 亚型：垂直传播1 名为A 亚型。结论 辽宁省已有多种亚型HIV-1 毒株流行， 有效地控制艾滋病经性乱、吸毒和输供血途径传播的问题已迫在眉睫。 |

| Objective To study the prevalence of HIV-1 in Liaoning province of China.Methods Nuclear acids were extracted from blood samples of 16 HIV-1 infected individuals collected locally in Liaoning province of China from Jun.1997 to Dec.2000.The 0.7 kb or 1.2 kb segments of HIV-1 envgene were amplified using nested-PCR and the HIV-1 genetic subtypes were then assayed by heteroduplex mobility assay.Results Fifteen of 16 samples were positive by PCR amplification of HIV-1 env region and samples were found to be genetic subtype A, B', C, E.The propor tion due to sexual transmissio n in all HIV infection was 31.25 % (5/15), among w hich subty pe B' (3/5)w as the majority.A man who returned f rom Africa together with his spouse both had type A(2/ 5)infection.I ntravenous drug users (IDUs)took up 31.25 %(5/15)of all the HIV infections.Subtype C (2/4)and E were predominant among intravenous drug users.However, there w as one IDU with subtype B or E.Nearly all blood recipients and blood donors
w ere B' (4/5)ex cept one with C.Conclusion There have been several subty pes of HIV-1 existed in
Liaoning province, demonstrating the complexity of HIV epidemolo gy in Liaoning pro vince and the
difficulty conducting prevention and treatment |
