| 目的 了解社区人群左室肥厚的患病率及其影响因素. 方法 对上海市南市区高血压人群进行横断面调查. 结果 调查高血压人群1 686人, 其中男性978人, 女性 708人. 左室肥厚患病率为29. 2%, 男女性分别为25. 4%和34. 5%, 女性明显高于男性 (χ2=16. 17, P<0. 01), 且患病率在两性均随年龄而增加, 在45、55～、65～岁年龄段男女性别之间左室肥厚的患病率差异均有显著性 (P<0. 05). 单因素及多因素分析结果表明性别、年龄、文化程度、体重指数、收缩压均是左室肥厚的影响因素, 其中文化程度为保护性因素. 结论 社区中老年人左室肥厚的患病率高, 与多种复杂因素有关, 应从多方面对这些因素进行针对性防治. |

| Objective To investigate the prevalence and relevant factors on the echocardiographic left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Method A cross sectional study was conducted among the hypertensive patients in an urban community. Results The prevalence of LVH was 29.2 % in 1 686 hypertensive patients, with 25. 4 % in males and 34. 5 % in females, respectively. The prevalence was significantly higher in females than in males(χ2= 16. 17, P<0. 01 ). The rate was increasing with age and significantly higher prevalence was observed in 45, 55, 65 age groups of females(P<0. 05 ). Moreover, elevated systolic blood pressure and higher BMI were related to the LVH in hypertensive patients, while higher education level seemed a protective factor. Conclusion These Results implied that a comprehensive intervention should be taken in the prevention of LVH. |
