| 1.碘缺乏病流行情况:桑植县1979年对335 057人进行了地方性甲状腺病(地甲病)普查,发现地甲病4 434例,患病率为1.32%,其中在10%以上的有2个乡,在3%以上的有2个乡;1982年按照随机抽样方法对每个乡分别抽取一所中小学,共检查16 895人,查出地甲病615例,患病率为6.85%,其中甲状腺生理性肿大543例,肿大率为6.85%,病区扩大到16个乡镇;1985年对全县16个病区乡进行了普查,检查106 816人,查出甲状腺Ⅰ度以上肿大患者3 571例,患病率为3.34%,发现克汀患者121例,患病率为0.11%,对非病区的31个乡219 255人进行了普查,查出甲状腺Ⅰ度以上患者7 288例,患病率为3.32%,其中3%以上的有11个乡.1980～1983年对环境水样进行了含碘量测定,最高含碘为9.85 μg/L,最低含碘量为0.1 μg/L,73.6%的水样含碘量均低于正常标准. |
