| 目的 探讨C 反应蛋白 (CRP)对老年感染性疾病诊断价值。方法 对 1 4 2例感染性疾病和 2 1 6例非感染疾病老年患者,测定血清C 反应蛋白。以CRP 7～ 2 0mg L、2 1～40mg L和 41～60mg L分层,计算诊断试验评价指标。结果 各种感染性疾病老年患者CRP平均水平 (30 .1± 2 .8～69.3± 35.6)mg L,明显高于对照组 (5 .2± 2 .9)mg L。分层分析显示CRP诊断感染性疾病特异度为83 .3 %～ 99.0 %,阳性似然比为 3.6、2 7.0和 1 2 8.0。b>结论 CRP是老年感染性疾病重要诊断指标 |

| Purpose Objective to explore the C - reactive protein (CRP) infectious disease diagnostic value for the elderly. Methods 142 cases of infectious diseases and 216 cases of elderly patients with infection, serum C reactive protein. - with CRP 7 ~ 20 mg/L, 21 ~ 40 mg/L and 41 ~ 60 mg/L stratification, diagnostic test evaluation index calculation. Results all sorts of infectious disease of elderly patients with CRP average (30.1 + 2.8 ~ 2.8 + / - 35.6 mg/L, significantly higher than the control group (5.2 + 2.9) mg/l. stratified analysis shows that the CRP in the diagnosis of infectious diseases 83.3% ~ 99.0%, positive likelihood ratio of 3.6, 3.6 and 3.6. Conclusion CRP is an important diagnostic index of geriatric infectious diseases. |
