| 组织胞浆菌病(histoplasmosis)是由荚膜组织胞浆菌(Histoplasma capsulatum)引起的感染性真菌病,主要流行于美洲和非洲,在东南亚的一些国家也有散在发生.国内以前此病较罕见,但自20世纪80年代以来,不少省、市陆续出现组织胞浆菌病患者,且呈现患者渐增、区域渐扩大的趋势[1-5],提示国内有该病流行的迹象.1994～1997年四川省内曾发现5例播散性组织胞浆菌病患者,患者均无外出史[6].为了解四川省是否存在组织胞浆菌病流行以及流行的程度,对省内的一些地区进行了相关的调查和研究. |

| Histoplasmosis (histoplasmosis) by Histoplasma capsulatum (Histoplasma capsulatum) caused by the fungus infectious disease, mainly in the americas and Africa, some countries in southeast Asia have scattered. Domestic before the disease is rare, but since the 1980 s, many provinces and cities have organized cytoplasm fungus disease, and patients' increasing, area gradually expanded trends [1-5], prompt signs of the disease is popular in China. Sichuan province from 1994 to 1997 was found in 5 cases of disseminated organization cytoplasm fungus disease, patients had no history of out [6]. To understand the presence of histoplasmosis is popular in sichuan province as well as the extent of the epidemic, some parts of the province has carried on the related investigation and research. |
