| 目的 探讨城乡患者的高血压防治相关知识水平与高血压控制率的关系。方法 对北京市城乡 4个社区卫生服务中心经常就诊的 72 6名高血压患者进行问卷调查并测量血压。结果 城乡患者高血压控制 (血压低于 14 0 / 90mmHg,1mmHg =0.133kPa)率分别为46.4 %和23.9%。城乡高血压控制率均随患者防治知识知晓的积分增加而升高,在城市具有统计学显著性。相关知识的差异可解释高血压控制率城乡的差异 (30.0 % )。结论 患者高血压防治知识水平对其高血压是否得到控制有显著影响。对患者普及高血压防治基本知识,可有效提高高血压的控制率。 |

| Objective To study the relationship between bloo d pressure control status and patients'knowledg e o n hyper tension prevention and control among hy pertensive patients.Methods A total of 726 hypertensives w ere selected from four community health service centers (2 urban and 2 rural)in Beijing.All subjects were inv estigated by questionnaires and their blood pressures were measured at the same time. Results The rate for blood pressure under control (<140/ 90 mm Hg, 1 mm Hg =0.133 kPa)in the rural and urban patients were 46.4% and 23.9 % respectively.The control rate increased with the increase of patients' know ledge o n preventio n and control of hypertension in bo th urban and rural patients.The cumulative effect of know ledge on hy pertension control status could co ntribute 30.0% to the difference in hypertension control rate between rural and urban patientsConclusion Patients' know ledge on hypertension control w as sig nificantly related to the rate on hyper tension co ntrol.Health education should be helpful to improve the rate o n hyper tension control. |
