| 目的了解陕西省贫困农村育龄妇女自然流产状况及其相关因素。方法于2002—2005年间对陕西省长武县、彬县的农村怀孕妇女进行人户访问获得孕产妇的既往生育史，并对孕妇进行随访，直至获得本次妊娠结局。结果共随访5844例孕产妇，总妊娠次数为9638次，其中1153次为自然流产。孕产妇自然流产妊娠比为12．0％，自然流产率为13．6％，发生自然流产的比例为16．4％。随着妇女年龄的增加、妊娠次数的增加等，育龄妇女发生自然流产的危险性也在增加。结论加强计划生育，减少妊娠次数，延长生育间隔，防止高龄怀孕将有助于降低陕西省贫困农村育龄妇女自然流产的发生水平。 |

| Objective To study the current status and risk factors of spontaneous abortion of womenat reproductive age in rural areas of Shaanxi province. Methods Pregnant women who lived in Changwuand Eiin counties of Shaanxi province were interviewed on their former reproductive history and beingfollowed on the outcomes of pregnancy from 2002 to 2005. Results There were 5844 pregnant womenunder study with a total number of 9638 pregnancies including 1153 spontaneous abortive episodes. Amongthe pregnant women in rural areas of Shaanxi province, the ratio between spontaneous abortion andpregnancies was 12.0% and the spontaneous abortion rate(SAR) was 13.6%.Ratio between the numberof women who had experienced spontaneous abortion and the total number of women under survey was16.4%. The risks of having spontaneous abortion would increase among women who were aged >30 yearsand those with more than 3 pregnancies. Conclusion To reduce the incidence of spontaneous abortionamong rural area women, the approaches should include: strengthening the family planning management,reducing of the frequency of pregnancy, extending the pregnancy interval and avoiding advanced ageingpregnancies. |
