| 目的了解广西地区无症状猪中猪链球菌2型的带菌情况以及主要毒力因子的分布和抗药性。方法从广西地区10个县区屠宰场采集无症状猪的扁桃体标本进行细菌分离、多重PcR鉴定和药物敏感性分析。结果从采集到的1179份扁桃体标本中分离出1105株链球菌, 其中猪链球菌667株, 猪链球菌2型33株;对33株2型菌进行主要毒力因子检测, 强毒型sly+mrp+epf+22株, 占66.7%, sly+mrp+epf-1株, sly+mrp+epf-7株, sly+mrp+epf+2株, sly-mrp-epf-1株;33株2型菌对青霉素、红霉素、万古霉素、庆大霉素、壮观霉素、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、先锋霉素Ⅵ、磺胺嘧啶钠、呋喃妥因、新霉素、丁胺卡那和四环素都存在不同程度的耐药性, 其中先锋霉素Ⅵ、青霉素、恩诺沙星相对敏感, 分别有93.9%(31/33)、87.9%(29/33)和81.8%(27/33)的菌株在中度敏感以上, 而耐药性强的是丁胺卡那和四环素, 耐药菌株分别有84.8%(28/33)和81.8%(27/33)。结论广西地区无症状猪中猪链球菌2型带菌率较低, 疫点与非疫点的带菌率没有明显差异;分离的菌株多以强毒型s0+mr声+eⅣ+存在, 对先锋霉素Ⅵ最敏感。 |

| ObjectiveIn older to investigate the positive rate of streptoccus suis type 2 and the genes of their suilysin(sly), extracellular protein of and muramidasa-released protein(mrp) and to understand the antibiotic susceptibility of S.Suis 5 type 2. Methods S.Suis type 2, isolated from slaughtered healthy pig’s tonsil in 1 O county area of Guangxi, were identified by Multiplex PCR, and the genes of their sly, epf, mrp, and the antimicmbial sensitivity analysis were performed.Results1105 strains of Streptococcus including 667 strains of S.suis and 33 strains of S.suis type 2 were detected from 1179 samples.In these S.Suis type 2 strains, there were 22 strains of sly+mrp+pef+type, l strain of sly+mrp+pef一type, 2 strains of sly+mrp+pef+type, 7 strains of sly-mrp+epf一type and 1strain 0f sly-mrp一epf一type.When these strains were subjected to be tested with penicillin, eritrocina, vacocin, gentamycin, specti-nomysin, enraxacin, ciprofloxaxin, cephalothinⅥ, sulfadiazine sodium, cyantin, mycifradin, amikacin and achromcin, some were found to be resistant to but most strains were susceptible to cephalothinⅥ, penicillin and enraxacin. There were 31, 29 and 27 strains over medium sensitivity, respectively, but 28 and 27 resistant strains to amikacin and achromcin were fund.Conclusion The positive rate of S.uis type 2 in clinical healthy pigs was low(2.8％)and did not show obvious difference between the counties with or without a history of S.Suis infection.All the isolated strains were susceptible to cephalothin Ⅵ, but most strains were virulent. |
