| 目的编制用于测定中国HIv感染者生命质量的量表，评价其信度和效度。方法参考现有量表，并与相关专家、基层疾病预防控制人员、HIV感染者进行访谈以形成初始量表，在443例HIV感染者中试用。根据条目应答率、因子分析、相关系数矩阵、内部一致性分析等进行条目精简，形成最终量表。分析最终量表的信度和效度。结果形成的中国HIV感染者生命质量量表(QOL-cPLwHA)共44个条目。各维度没有严重的天花板效应和地板效应(最高为21.O％)，内部一致性信度系数均≥o.70，全量表的为0.90。量表总分2周重测信度系数为o.80，有2个维度的重测信度系数低于0.6，4个维度的在0.6～0.7之间。各条目的成维率均为100％。量表总得分与SF一36总得分的spearman相关系数为0.69。结论所形成的QoL-CPLWHA量表首次引入了敌意心理趋势维度。量表具有较好的内部一致性信度、结构效度及内容效度等，可应用于中国HIV感染人群。 |

| 0bjective To develop a specific quality of life(QOL)instrument for chinese patients1iving with HIV／AIDs and to assess its reliability and vali dity. methods A primary questi。nnaire wasdeveloped with reference to existing instrument and information through discussion with experts，front-lineprofessionaIs and patients Iiving with HIV／AIDS.This questi。nnaire was applied in 443 patients liVing withHIV／AIDS.Some items were removed through the resultsof responsive rate，factor analysis，correlationmatriX，internal consistency and so on. Reliability and validity were assessed after items reduction. resultsThe developed instrument contained 44 items，including 10 scales and other 3 items used for the evaluationof curative effect and side effect of anti-virus drug.No substantial ceiling／floor effects existed.All scales’internal consistencv coefficients were≥0.70 and the whole instrument was 0.90. The two week retestreIia biIitv coefficient of the whole instrument was O.80，and there were 6 scales below 0.70 of thiscoefficient.Multitrait／multiitem assessment indicated scaling success rates were a11 100％ for all items.SDearman correlation coefficient of total score of this instrument with SF一36 was 0.69.conclusion It wasthe first time that the developed QOL.CPLWHA instrument introducing the scale of hostility regardingmentalitv trend as weU as expressed its acceptable reliability and validity so could be used for the evaluationof Chinese patients living with HIV／AIDS. |
