| 目的了解不同性别、年龄和年级青少年体重控制心理行为状况及其与超熏、肥胖的相关性。方法选取合肥市某中学的初一、初二年级学生为研究对象，进行问卷调查和人体测量。问卷调查内容包括学生及其父母的社会人口统计学特征、体重自我评价和体重控制心理行为。测量身高、体重，计算体重指数(BMI)，分别依据BMI值和体重自我评价进行分组。结果青少年不良的体重控制心理、行为和总体不良的体重控制心理行为报告率分别为17.4％、3.8％、19.1％，女生的报告率(20.6％、4.3％、22.6％)均高于男生(14.5％、3.3％、15.8％)(P<0.05)。BMI评价和自我评价为肥胖学生不良的体重控制心理、行为和总体不良的体重控制心理行为的报告率均最高(P结论女生不良的体重控制心理行为较男生严重。排除社会因素的混杂作用，肥胖与青少年不良的体重控制心理行为相关联。 |

| objective To describe the different sex，age and grade distributi。n of coping behaviorand its psychological effects on weight，and to analyze the correlation between。verweight，obesity andunhealthy psvcho-behaviors related to weight control in adolescents.1Ⅵethods A survey was conductedam。ng students of grade 1 and grade 2 at a junior middle schOol in Hefei.Students completed the anonymousquestionnaire including the demographic characteristics of adolescents and parents，self-assessed weight statusand ad01escents’psycho.behaviors related to weight contr01.Anthropometric measures wcre taken togetherwith body mass index(BMI)calculated.Students were divided into obesity，overweight and contr01 groupsby BMI separate criteria and by self reporting，respectively. ResuIts Am。ng all the students，17.4％reported having unhealthy psychological fcelings related to weight controI including 3.8％ reported havingunhealthy behaviors related to weight contr。l and 1 9.1％ of them reported having unhealthy psycho-behaviors related t。weight contr01.Thc rates。f unhealthy psych。logical feelings，unhealthy behaviors andtotal unhealthy psycho-behaviors related to weight control among girls(20.6％，4.3％，22.6％)were allhigher than those among boys(14.5％，3.3％，15.8％)(Pmethods andunhealthv psvcho-behaviors related to weight control did not alter by other factors.conclusion Unhealthypsychpbehaviors related to we追ht control of girls are more severe than boys.The relationship betweenobesity and unhealthy psych0109ical feelings and behaviors related to weight control does n。t alter by otherfactors such as social factors. |
