| 目的了解广西南宁市壮族人群类风湿关节炎(RA)的患病情况。方法采用整群抽样方法对7407名≥16岁壮族人群进行病史询问，由风湿病专科医师对询问阳性者进行体格检查；对疑似RA病例，行血清类风湿因子定量检测和双手X线摄片，并将其结果与6826名当地的汉族人群作比较。结果广西南宁市壮族人群RA患病率为O.27％，而当地的汉族人群患病率为0.28％(P>O.05)；壮族和汉族人群的RA知晓率分别为5.0％和10.5％(P>0.05)，治疗率分别为0％和5.25％。结论广西南宁市壮族人群RA患病率与汉族人群的差异无统计学意义，而对RA的知晓率、治疗率较低。 |

| objective To study the prevalence rate of rheumatoid arthritis in zhuang nationalitypopulation of Nanning，Guangxi.methods A total of 7407 people with Zhuang nationality，aged 16 andover were surveyed. Questionnaire was administered to each subject under survey，while X-ray and serumrheumatoid factor were carried out to aU those who gave positive answers.Physical examinations were doneto the suspicious cases by experts on rheumatism.results were compared with those in 6826 people of Hanethnicity 1iving in the same district. ResuIts The prevalence rates of rheumatoid arthritis in Zhuangnationality population was 0.27％when comparing to the Han population which was O.28％(P>O.05).RateS of awareness on rheumatoid arthritis in Zhuang and Han population were 5.0％and 10.5％ (P>0.05). After the diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis was made and among patients who had received thetreatment，the rates were 0％ us. 5.25％. ConcIusion The prevalence rate of rheumatoid arthritis inZhuang nationality population of Nanning，Guangxi was not significantly different than that in Han ethnicgrou pt However， the rates on awareneSs and the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were still undersatisfaction. |
