| 目的 评估食盐加碘对学龄儿童的智力改善情况。方法 2006年和2010年均采用中国联合型瑞文测验第二次修订版(CRT-C2)对甘肃省临夏回族自治州(临夏州)8个县(由)3518名和1611名8～10岁儿童智力进行测试。结果 2006年儿童平均智商为851，IQ≤69比例为16.7%；各县(市)儿童平均智商为80～90，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)，男女童智商平均值分别为98.8和95.9，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 随着全民食盐加碘措施逐步落实，临夏州儿童平均智商接近理论水平，碘盐对儿童智力发育起到关键性作用．但2010年儿童智商仍然低于甘肃省同期水平，且各县(市)儿童平均智商有明显差异。 |

| Objective To assess the improvement of intelligence quotient through an Universal Salt Iodization Supply Program, among children. Methods 3518 and 1611 children were selected from primary schools in Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu in 2006 and 2010 respectively. Intelligence quotient(IQ) were measured by the revised Chinese Combined Raven Test-C2(CRl-C2). Restdts In 2006, the average IQ of children aged 8-10 was 85.1, including 16.7% of them with IQ≤69．The average IQ was between 80-90 in different counties and cities, with significant difierences (P<0.05). The average IQs were 92.0, 90.6 and 81.8 among 8,9 and 10 years old children respectively with 10 year old's low than those 8 and 9year olds (P0.05)．The average IQ of children aged 8-10 in 2010 was 97.2 and 12 points higher than in 2006(P0.05), but in boys(98.8)and in girls(95.9)the difference was significant(P |
