      目的通过Meta分析了解我国大陆地区肺结核合并糖尿病的患病率。方法系统检索中国全文数据总库(CNKI)、万方数据库(Wanfangdata)、维普数据库(VIP)中近13年有关结核病患者中糖尿病患病率的中文研究文献,在PubMed及Medline数据库中检索研究现场为中国大陆地区的外文文献,采用广义倒方差模型估计肺结核合并糖尿病的患病率,并根据性别、年龄、痰涂片结果、样本来源及地区进行亚组分析,文献质量通过STROBE声明进行评价,并利用敏感性分析评价文献质量对结果的影响。结果共纳入22篇文献,总样本量为56 805人,加权合并显示,肺结核合并糖尿病患病率为7.20%(95%CI:6.01%。8.39%),其中≥40岁年龄组(12.18%)高于<40岁组(2.33%),痰涂结核阳性组(11.40%)高于阴性组(4.00%),医院来源(9.67%)高于社区人群(6.10%),北方地区(9.13%)高于南方地区(5.94%),且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论我国大陆地区肺结核患者中糖尿病患病率较高,且不同年龄组、痰涂片分类、样本来源及地区间肺结核患者中糖尿病患病率存在差别。
英文摘要:
      0bjective To understand the CO-morbidity rate between tuberculosis and diabetesmellitus in the mainland of China.Methods Based on the related 1iterature regarding tuberculosisand diabetes mellitus published in China National Knowledge Infrastructure Databases(CNKI).Wangfang Databases and the Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP).PubMed andMedline in the last 1 3 years.Related information was extracted and the generic inverse variance modelwas applied to estimate the following parameters including rate of CO.morbiditv.diffrences ongender,age,results on sputum smear samples,sources and regions of the samples.Quality of the1iterature was evaluated through the STROBE statement and sensitivity analysis was performed toevaluate the impact of the quality.Results Twenty two papers were included for Meta-analysis.witha total sample of 56 805.The combined prevalence rate of diabetes among patients with tuberculosiswas 7.20%(95%Ch 6.0 l%-8.39%).According to results from subgroup analysis.at d=0.05 level.the comorbidity rates among subgroups as:age 40 and above(12.18%),smear positives(11.40%).samoles from the hospitals(9.67%)and from the northern regions(9.1 3%)were higher than thesubgroups as age below 40(2.33%),with smear negative(4.00%),samples from the community level(6.1 0%)and from southern region(5.94%).Conclusion The co-morbidity rate of tuberculosis anddiabetes mellitus was high in mainland China,and were high among cases:at age 40 or above.withsmear positive,from hospitals or from the northem region etc.
