| 为探讨婴幼儿对流脑A群多糖菌苗的免疫应答,我们对213名婴幼儿进行了A群杀菌抗体的测定。对172名于接种(30μg)后不同时间作了反应观察。接种后一个月,169名婴幼儿A群杀菌抗体比接种前增长32.88倍,其中6~12个月婴儿增长10.81倍,1~3岁幼儿增长48.90倍;杀菌抗体四倍以上增长率为82.25%,其中6~12个月婴儿为66.67%,1~3岁幼儿为88.43%。有1/3婴儿接种后不产生免疫应答,说明婴儿应答性差。幼儿接种后能莸得较好的免疫反应。 |

| Bactericidal antibody assay to group A N. meningitidis carried out in order to investigate the immune response of 213 infants and young children vaccinated with a group A meningococcal polysaccharide. The immune response of 172 individuals was observed at intervals after immunization with a dose of vaccine 30μg. One month after immunizfltion, there was a 32.88-fold increase of group A bactericidal antibodies in 169 children. Among them, infants of 6-12 months had a 10.81-fold increase and children aged 1-3 had a 48.90-fold increase. Children with a 4-fold increase of bactericidal antibodies were 82.25%. Among them, 66.67% of infants aged 6-12 months, and 88.43% of children aged 1-3 years. It was evident that one third of the infants inoculated did not respond to the vaccine indicating a poor immune response in infant life while young children possessed better reactivity. |
