| 本文用乳鼠法检查属于O:3型或与O:3型有共同抗原成分的,24株小肠结肠炎耶氏菌有5株(20.8%)产生肠毒素,此种肠毒素为耐热性,加热100℃15分钟活性不改变。肠毒素产生不十分稳定,在同样条件下其波动范围在0.080~0.120之间。2个肠毒素阳性株(P10,P16)在25℃、37℃培养均产生肠毒素。 |
| English Abstract: |
By means of inoculating suckling mice 5 out of 24 strains(possessing common antigenic components of 0:3 or cross-reacting antigen) were found to produce enterotoxin. One of the characteristics of enterotoxin was heat stable and its activities appeared to remain stable even after heating at 100℃ for 15 minutes.
The yield of enterotoxin was variable with arrange of fluctuation between 0.080~0.120 under identical conditions. Experiments confirmed that 2 strains (P10 and P16) of enterotoxin producing Yersinia enterocolitica were found to produce enterotoxin no matter whether they were incubated at 25℃ or 37℃. |
