| 本文观察了XHF病毒在Vero E6细胞中的形态。XHF病毒在细胞内外均有,病毒定位于细胞的高尔基氏区、内质网及空泡中。XHF有囊膜,圆形或椭圆形,直径为85~105毫微米,在电镜下可见到病毒复制中的病毒前体和病毒芽生形态。从形态和结构上XHF与CCHF病毒相似,同属于布尼亚科病毒。 |
| English Abstract: |
| XHF virus was detected by electron microscopy in ultrathin section of Vero E6 cells.Round or oval particles of 85-105nm in diameter with envelope were found intra-and extracelluiarly.In the cells, the virus particles were observed in the Golgi region, intracytoplasraic cisternae or vesicles. The precussors of mature virion and budding virions of the reproduction cycle of XHF virus were also found.Based on their size, the density of contents and structure, XHF and CCHF viruses were extremely similar.Both were Bunyaviridae, Nairovirus. |
