| 1981年7~8月,黑龙江省在六市、六县对脊髓灰质炎麻痹后遗症进行了调查。共调查30岁以下人口146,881人,查出脊髓灰质炎后遗症417例,患病率为2.84‰。城市调查72,167人,查出病人228例,患病率为31.5‰;农村调查74,714人,查出病人189例,患病率为2.52‰,城市组患病率高于农村组。还对本病的性别、年龄分布、发病季节,麻痹部位等作了研究。 |
| English Abstract: |
| From July to August in 1981, a survey on residual paralysis of poliomyelitis was conducted in a population of 146,881 under the age of 30 in six cities and six countries of Heilongjiang Province. Four hundred and seventeen cases(2.84‰) were discovered, 228 (3.15‰）from 72,167 urban population and 189 (2.52‰) from 74,714 rural population. Studies has been made on the disease, paralysis and age of different patients. |
