| 本文对长春市南关区不同人群作了麻疹免疫水平调查。结果表明:364名不同年龄儿童麻疹抗体阳性率为100%,抗体GMT在1:21~1:33之间。再免前HAI抗体水平≤1:16者有32.7%的儿童可获再免成功,再免成功与否与再免前抗体水平有密切关系。40例产妇胎盘血麻疹抗体均阳性,抗体GMT为1:28.3。 |

| Investigation on immunity leyel against measles in the population in Nanguan Area, Chang-chuan City, Jilin Province. Different groups of people living in Nanguan Area of Changchuan City were examined for the antibody against measles. All the 364 children of different ages were found to be positive for measles antibody. The GMT of the antibody ranged 1:21-1:33. Revaccination of those whose pre-revaccination antibody titre was ≤ 1:16 resulted in an increase of antibody in 32.7% of the recipients. It showed that the effectiveness of revaccination depended upon the pre-revaccination antibod level. Four samples of placental biood were tested and proved to be positive for measles antibody with a GMT of 1:283. |
