Abstract:
      三带喙库蚊是乙型脑炎的主要传播媒介,是我国最重要的蚊种之一,在我国分布广泛。为了开展媒介昆虫的防制研究,于1973年在我国首次饲养繁殖成功。通过实验观察,该蚊种的生长发育、繁殖的最适温度为25~28℃,相对湿度为65~75%,并进行充分的自然光照;为保持水体的清洁,每周换2~3次水。幼虫饲料为1:1的羊肝粉十馒头粉;成蚊喂以1%的蔗糖水。为提供血源,每周喂小白鼠血一次。从交配、吸血、产卵、孵化直至羽化为成蚊,在10~11天内即可繁殖一个周期。该蚊种的建立,将会对乙脑媒介生态学及其控制方面的研究提供大量虫源。
English Abstract:
      Culex trilaeniorhynchus(C.t.) is the main vector of Japanese encephalitis. It is one of the most important mosquito species and widely distributed in most parts of China.In order to Carry out the research work on vector insect control a laboraloryco-lony of C.t was first established successfullyin 1973.
The experiment demonstrates that the oplimun temperature is 25~26℃ and relative humidity is 65-75% for growth, development and breeding of mosquitoes Sufficient natural light is the important condition of mosquito breeding.
Larvae are reared in large basins and fed with sheep-liver powder and the powder of manton (ste aired bread, the ratio 1:1). Adult mosquitoes are provided with sugar water 1%.Mosquitoes are fed on healthy adult mouse's blood once week. A generation of C.t takes about 10-11 days.
