| 1981年11月,呼和浩特市区内发生一次急性感染性多发性神经炎爆发,染病69例,死亡8例。主要临床表现为对称性驰缓性瘫痪,伴有深腱反射减弱或消失,部分病例伴有颅神经损伤和/或呼吸肌麻痹。14名患者作脑脊液检查,其中9名有脑脊液细胞——蛋白分离现象。流行病学调查表明,本次爆发与饮水污染有关。本文描述了此次爆发的流行病学特征,分析了流行因素,并对可能的病原学作了讨论。 |

| An outbreak of acute infective polyneuritis occurred in Huhehaote in November, 1981. There were 69 cases in which eight persons died.Clinically, the main symptom consisted of an acute symmetric flaccid paralysis with the weakening or loss of deep tendon reflexes. Moreover, some cases were complicated by the damage of the cranial nerves and respiratory muscles. Protein-cell in cerebrospinal fluid was dissociated in 9 of 14 cases tested. Epidemiological investigation showed that this outbreak was associated with the contamination of the drinking water. The epidemiological characteristics and factors were discussed as well as the possible cause of the disease. |
