| 1980年天津市发生了210例乙脑病人，死亡35例，发病率为2.79/10万，病死率为16.67%。病人的发病时间集中在七、八月份。农村人群发病率显著地高于城市，但15岁以上情况相反。男性发病率为女性的10倍之多。临床表现以重型多见（41.5%），普通型次之（33.3%）。1980年发病情况与历年相比亦属低发。发病年龄虽以低年龄组为主，但高年龄组病例有增多趋势。对156例病人以血凝抑制试验方法测定了血凝抑制抗体，阳性率在42.1~72.5%，并对阴性结果做了讨论。 |
| English Abstract: |
| In 1980, 210 patients of Japanese encephalitis were found in Tianjin and 35 patients died. The incidence and mortality was 2.79/105 and 16.67% respectively.The cases of Japanese encephalitis mainly occurred in July and Aug. The incidence of the rural population was higher than that of the urban population.But it was different in the patients who were above 15 years of age. Male's incidence was ten times higher than female's. 41.5% of the cases showed serious type in terms of clinical manifestation. 33.3% showed general type.The incidence in this year was lower than that of the former years.Although cases of Japanese encephalitis still occurred mainly in lower age gfoups, a new tendency showed that there was an increase of cases in older age groups. 156 patients hemagglutination inhibitive (HI) antibodies were surveyed by the method of HI test and the positive rate was 42.1-72.5%. |
