Abstract:
      本文报告了宜昌地区自1977年以来并殖吸虫病的流行病学研究概况。研究结果发现证实宜昌地区为湖北省并殖吸虫病的流行区。流行区致病虫种接近于我国陈心陶教授所描述的斯氏狸殖吸虫;人群感染发病的临床表现特点吻合于我国钟惠澜教授所报告的四川并殖吸虫病。查明证实1科3属5种的淡水贝类,1科2属5种的淡水蟹类;4科6种的食肉目动物为流行区并殖吸虫的第一、第二中间宿主及终宿主,其宿主并殖吸虫携带率分别为32.37/万(108/33,366);4.94%(1460/29567);47.36%(45/95);人群感染率为9.70%(23580/243034)齿拟钉螺和小口拟钉螺两新种及宽腹华溪蟹新种首次在国内发现和证实,为我国并殖吸虫病的防治研究增添了新内容。
文中就构成流行区的条件及因素进行了探讨和阐述。
English Abstract:
      Since 1977,the epidemiological features of paragonimiasis in Yi Chang region, Hu Bei Province, have been reported in this article.It showed that Yi Chana region was an epidemic area.The adult paragonimus in this area were similar to paragonimus skrjabini reported by Prof.Chen Xin-tao.The clinical manifestation was similar to that of Sichuan paragonimiasis reported by Prof.Zhong Hui-lan.The survey showed that five species of the freshwater shellfish of the three genera in the same family accounted for the first intermediate hosts and five species of the freshwater crabs of the two genera in the same family were the second intermediate hosts.Another six species of carnivore among four families acted as the last hosts.The infectious rate of the first host was found to be 32.37%00 (108/33366) while that of the second host was 4.94% (1460/29567). The infectious rate of last host was 47.36% (45/95). Human infectious rate was 9.70% (23580/243034). In our survey, we found that Tricula aolonta sp nor liu et al 1981 and Tricula microstama sp nou and Simpotamon latilum sp nou Dei 1980 had never been reported in China. Obviously, this discovery would add new contnts in the research of paragorimiasis. The risk factors and the environment of this epidemic area were also discussed in the article.
