本文介绍了应用ST、IHA、ELISA三种方法对健康成人进行了白喉免疫力的测定。
ST用常规法，IHA采用中国医学科学院1981年制定的白喉抗毒素试验方法，ELISA用间接法。ST阳性率为39.24%，IHA阳性率为51.97%，ELISA阳性率为81.02%。三种方法以ELISA最敏感，三种试验一致符合率为61.3%。IHA抗体水平在1：4~128之间，GMT=18.85，抗毒素单位在0.0157~0.5之间，GMT=0.073，ELISA抗体水平在1：64~1：2560之间，GMT=441。IHA与ELISA之间敏感性相差23.37倍。由于ELISA敏感易行，宜推广应用。 |

| ST、IHA and ELISA methods were used in a survey of immunity to diphtheria among healthy adults. ST. was adopted using the routine method whereas IHA was used according to the diphtheria antitoxin method formulated by the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences in 1981.The indirect method of ELISA was used. The results of the three tests were as follows:the rates of positive reaction were 39.24% in ST.51.97% in IHA and 81.02% in ELISA which was found to be the most responsive of the three methods.The accordant rate of the three tests was 61.3%.The levels of diphtheria antibody observed in healthy adults were as follows:in IHA 1:4-128 with GMT=18.85, ST. 0.0157-0.5 with GMT=0.073,and ELISA 1:64-1:2560 with GMT=441. The responsiveness of ELISA was 23.37 times higher than that of IHA. |
