| 此次公用餐具HBsAg污染情况调查，经检测（RPHA）结果，200个餐后碗中检出HBsAg阳性率5.5%；206个清洗消毒后碗中未检出HBsAg。200双餐后筷子中检出HBsAg阳性率9.0%；200双清洗消毒的筷子中未检出HBsAg，但消毒后散装于餐厅由就餐者自由挑选的筷子186双中检出HBsAg阳性率6.45%。 |
| English Abstract: |
| A survey using RPHA method on the HBsAg contamination of communal tableware was carried out.It was found that HBsAg was detected on 11 bowls out of 200 (5.5%) and 18 pairs of chopsticks out of 200 (9.0%) after a meal.No positive detection of HBsAg was found on 200 bowls and 200 pairs of chopsticks after washing and boiling.It was also found that positive detection of HBsAg appeared in 12 pairs of chopsticks out of 200, which were washed and boiled but recontaminated by eaters' touching. |
