Abstract:
      试验结果表明用频率为2450兆赫,输出功率为500瓦的微波炉消毒500克重饭票作用3分钟,温度为75℃,能全部破坏饭票上HBsAg的抗原性,并能全部杀灭饭票上的痢疾杆菌、鼠伤寒杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、变形杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和白色葡萄球菌,蜡样杆菌芽胞杀灭率为99.45%。
English Abstract:
      A microwave oven with the frequency of 2450 megahertzs and 500 watts was used to sterilize a pile of meal tickets weighing 500 grams.After being treated for 3 minutes at 75℃, the antigenicity of HBsAg on the meal tickets was destroyed completely,and the shigellaS.typhimuriumE.coilP.aeruginosa, ProteusS. aureus and S.albus on meal tickets.However,only 99.45% of B.cereus was killed.
